I've lived with this range since 2013 and am disliking it more every day. The front knobs are a horrible pain and wish that I had not bought this style. The kitchen designer talked me into it, though I questioned the hassle of front knobs. She was right about everything else with our new kitchen except wrong about this range. Two MAJOR flaws: 1) there is a 2" gap in the back so you have to get a special countertop piece made to seal that opening, really really dumb. 2) we hit the front knobs all the time and have turned them on the wrong way, so we live in fear that they will accidentally be left on and cause a fire, as careful as we are. I truly detest these range and am going to have to figure out how to sell it, so I can buy a different one without front knobs. Whoever designed it was clueless.

Sleek design and is a nice upgrade to our kitchen. Some of the reviews are critical of the fan noise during baking cycles although I have not found it to be troublesome. The oven seems to bake evenly and the stove top heats vey quickly. I am very pleased with the range and after six weeks, can offer no complaints. I highly recommend this range.

This range looks great in our new kitchen. I like the locking feature of the touch screen.

The first call was to replace the cooktop that developed a divot. The second call was to replace a bad switch.

we have always bought kitchenaid/whirlpool for 49 years! we had an A&E factory service technician look at our fridge and he still recommended lg or kitchenaid! nice stove and microwave. as denoted in many reviews, range takes a lot longer to heat up than our old one and is very noisy with the whistling sound. the retailer I bought it from said the control panel has a fan in it and if using convection ,it also has a fan. my niece's wall oven is also noisy! the bottom line is due to the great experience with whirlpool products, I still would be loyal to them in the future!
