order 3 water filter and all three arrived damaged upon opening, all 3 had the right nozel broken but the left one is fine may have suggest item is already damage while in warehouse. I've been calling for 2 days and no one can help. When I call the first day the customer care on the phone just keeps transferring my calls to another agent for like 4 times and seems like no one knows what they're doing. So I called again today and spoke with this gentleman who sounded like he knows what he is doing after placing me on hold for 10 minutes everytime I asked a question and finally told me that he would send me a email with the return shipping label so I can send it back but his computer is lagging at the moment and would give me a call back as soon as it's working again and here we are 8 hours later no call or email recieved.
